Hello All –
As some of you may or may not know, our dear colleague and friend, Bonnie Look, has been bravely battling Stage 4 Colon cancer since June 2019. Sadly, we have learned that it has spread to her liver and lungs, and she is no longer responding to standard therapies. Bonnie has been nothing short of remarkable during her battle with this dreaded disease. She has continued working right along, in-spite of the regular chemo, doctors’ appointments, and scans. She told us that she wanted to prove that cancer would NOT define her. And, she wanted to retain as much of her normal routine as possible, while also providing for her beautiful family. Her positivity and courage in the face of such adversity has been awe inspiring.
Bonnie and her amazing husband, Chris, are raising 3 adorable young children, Caitlin (6), Chloe (3) and Braden (3). We wanted to find the most meaningful way to show our love and support to her family. With Chris’ blessing, we have decided that setting up this Go Fund Me page would be the best way to help them out. As you can imagine, the medical bills are adding up and they can use these resources for child care, assistance at home, and any future needs that may arise while Chris takes time to care for Bonnie.
