In Memory of Gabriel Obidi

Hello everyone,

I've set up this campaign for my father who unexpectedly passed away just a few days ago.  He worked hard to provide for his family and  it is because of him that I am the man I am today. I truly believed that he meant something to everyone he came across. My dad was selfless and generous. He always did his best to take care of his family, friends, and anyone that needed his help.  There were times that he didn't have much, but he was still giving with the little he had. Anyone who knew him was aware of his kindness and generosity.  My father's smile brightened up the day. He touched so many lives far and wide. We feel that this would be the best way for people to be a part of his memorial. He meant the world to us. My family and I are striving to give him the memorial service he deserves. Anything donated will primarily go to funds for his funeral. We have not come up with a specific date for his funeral, but I plan on keeping you all updated. All of the final expenses are going to be handled by me (my father's oldest son) and my uncle (my father's brother). Going through something like this is not easy at all, but its much harder to go through alone. So, I want to thank everyone for your condolences and well wishes. Whether you plan on donating or not, I appreciate you taking some time out of your day to understand my father a bit more. Something as simple as sharing goes a long way. Thank you and God bless.
