Please help us Honor our strong, brave, and beautiful Mother & GrandMother. Our loving and nurturing Wife, Sister, Cousin, & Tia.
Our Mami unexpectedly passed away after suffering a stroke recently. Due to the complications of her medical emergency, she was airlifted from the local hospital in Bowie to the University of Maryland Medical center in Baltimore. She passed away in the early morning of January 2, 2025.
My grandmother was battling financial stress and burdens amongst countless of other obstacles daily, down to the very moment leading up to her current state. It is going to take the village we have created to come together and help us pull through. We could not be more thankful, blessed, and appreciative of all the love we have felt as her family throughout this difficult time. Thank you to everyone who has called, sent messages, and made time to visit her at the hospital. It means so much to our family and would have meant the world to her too to have all of the people she loved most gathered around her at a time like this. We won’t be able to get through this without all of you. So once again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you a million times.
We want to take this time to please ask anyone willing, and most importantly, able for any support throughout this entire process. Mami loved her family more than anything in this world. She is bereaved by her husband, Lazaro Romero. Her 5 kids Sergio, Olga Raquel Iraheta (2004), Sandy (Wilson) Gonzalez, David and Mario Flores. & Her 12 grandchildren Brandon and Kiyana Duncan (Olga, 2004). Josely, Ariel, Ayleen, Sandy ‘Dita’, Nayeli and Natalya Gonzalez (Sandy, Wilson). Emily, Giancarlo, Olga Marie Flores (David). Daniela Annabelle Flores (Mario).
“If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.”
Ecclesiastes 4:10
