Dez Parkes touched the hearts and souls of so many people in so many ways, but one thing we all have in common is how he touched us with music. Please join us on this journey of keeping his passion and dedication a part of us, never to be forgotten.

We are devastated by the loss of our father, grandfather, brother & friend to many. We want to thank all those who have reached out to share their condolences and stories of friendship.

It’s been a comfort in this time of loss to read stories of how he impacted people's lives from far and wide. Each unique one reminds us of what he stood for whilst here in physical form.

Lots of people have asked how they can help and we’ve got a lot on our shoulders dealing with the immediate arrangements of funeral planning. Thankfully there’s a small group of close friends helping us and they’ve suggested we set up a gofundme to assist with expenses of the Nine Night and funeral, so here it is. We can now confirm that the funeral for dad will be taking place on Sunday 8th January 2023 @12pm in the City of London Crematorium, East London and the wake @ Aldersbrook Bowling Club.
