In remembrance of Camilla Washington

On the evening of Tuesday September 22, 2020 Camilla Washington was taken from this world too soon.   Her life tragically ended by a hit and run driver in front of her home in the town of Butner, NC.  She leaves behind a grieving family and community, particularly her loving partner and two young daughters. Camilla was the type of person to get involved, take action. Her willingness to take on events benefiting the community along with her creativity and organizational prowess are exemplary. She made a huge impact at Falls Lake Academy . A school that has been evolving since it has opened its doors in 2013. Camilla is well known for her role in many PTA events, particularly the Fall festival. This season is dear to her heart, evident to anyone who knows her. To lose her on the first day of Autumn is poignant. Please consider helping this grieving family as they navigate through this devastating time.
