In Nathan's Memory-Saving Baby Avalon
Donation protected
When my beautiful boy Nathan passed away, not a day later his specialist contacted me and asked if I would take and help this special baby heal. She had been injured badly and had had surgery to put pins in her leg to save her. This was done before me being involved and she was in need of someone with experience to care for her and bring her twice a week to get bandage changes and heal. He thought as loving and special as she was, that she might help my heart heal, knowing how distraught I was from Nathan's sudden passing. I said I would think about it overnight but within hours I knew Nathan was sending me this angel to care for. I thought this would be a simple but lengthy task, but none of my special needs kitties turn out to be simple. She has been for multiple bandage changes and now they are daily due to an infection which she is on multiple antibiotics for. I paid for a culture and sedation to debride the wounds. Sadly the leg has become partially necrotic and her leg will need to be amputated. The quote for the sedation and surgery is $5,000. Please honor Nathan's memory by donating and supporting Avalon. He would want her to do well and survive. Time is of the essence as she could go septic if surgery is not done soon. Please share and donate what you can. I have spent about $1000 so far and I cannot come up with this $5,000 for unexpected surgery. Please pray share and help. Catcrusade.org or Paypal will work also. Bless you all. Let's save Avalon...
