Dr Victoria Rebman Obituary 

Dr. Rebman (Tori) spent her life caring for others. Tori met her wife, Kim, in 1994.  Their greatest achievement was becoming parents together. Tori worked hard to help provide for her family. Her family is now left without their business; which was their main livelihood. As a close friend, I know that it was Tori's dream to send her older child, Morgan, to KCAI (Kansas City Art Institute). Even with staying in the family home while attending, the tuition and expenses for one year at Kansas City Art Institute are approximately $50,000. In lieu of flowers, please consider making Tori's dream come true by donating to a college fund for their children.
