The family of Yuvinka Ponce is heartbroken to share the devastating news of her passing at just 27 years old. On what was meant to be a joyful celebration — her mother’s birthday — Yuvinka’s life was tragically cut short. While out for a walk, she was struck and killed by a driver under the influence. This senseless and preventable act has left her loved ones in deep sorrow.

Yuvinka was known for her hilarious sense of humor — she could make anyone laugh with her quick wit and playful spirit. She was artistic and uniquely herself, with a deep love for music that was always playing around her. She also had a passion for makeup, often using it as a creative outlet to express her vibrant personality.

She is survived by her mother, Maria Angeles Ponce (my aunt and the beneficiary of this fundraiser), her father, brother, and two young nieces who loved her deeply and will miss her every day.

This GoFundMe has been created by me, Gabriela, to support Maria as she grieves the loss of her daughter. The funds raised will help cover expenses tied to this tragic event and provide some financial relief so the family can take time to grieve without additional hardship.
