This GoFundMe is being organized in memory of William "Bill" Carroll Sr. Bill passed away unexpectedly on December 31st, surrounded by his beloved family.

Bill was many things to many people: a loyal friend, a brilliant engineer, an avid lover of literature, a digital archivist, a gamer, Captain in the TRMN, a warm soul, and-- above all-- a devoted father and partner. He gave so much to so many people in his lifetime, far more than words alone could ever fully express.

His sudden passing has left us heartbroken and unprepared for final expenses. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain of cremation, memorial, and outstanding medical expenses, and allow us to focus on grieving and remembering our beloved friend, husband, and father.

It is our hope, as his family, that the community he's touched can help give Bill the peaceful final resting place he deserves. Should the fundraising goal be met or exceeded, additional donations will be put towards financial relief for his widow, Stephanie.
