Recently my mother, Wanda Bussell, has passed away. She will be cremated. There won't be a funeral; however, we want to give her a service to celebrate her life. We want to scatter her ashes at the Sea. We hope to have it at Newport Beach. Wanda loves the ocean. She wanted to live near the ocean, which fortunately came ture. Wanda would want us to celebrate her life on her and the best way possible is for us to celebrate it at the sea. The funds will be dispute to:
