Hi, my name is YungLin Tseng and I'm fundraising for 'Walter' Wen-Ren Gu.

On 1 January 2026, our friend Walter Wen Ren Gu went missing while snorkelling at Ledge Point, Western Australia.

After several days of search efforts, human remains were found in the area. DNA identification is currently underway. Police have indicated that initial characteristics are highly consistent, but formal confirmation is still pending.

Walter’s family must now travel urgently from Taiwan to Australia to assist with official procedures and prepare for any necessary arrangements.

Funds raised will help cover:

• Flights for family members from Taiwan to Australia

• Accommodation and living expenses during their stay

• Potential funeral or related administrative costs

During this difficult and uncertain time, any contribution — big or small — means a great deal.
