We invite you to join us in honoring the legacy of a remarkable man, Wahidur Rahman—a beloved father, husband, uncle and an inspiration to all who knew him. Wahidur Rahman was a man of steadfast faith, who devoted his life to Allah and his community. His commitment to Salah was unwavering; he was a daily attendee at the East London Mosque, ensuring he never missed a prayer. Not only did he prioritize his own worship, but he lovingly encouraged his family, friends, and everyone around him to perform Salah, inspiring countless souls to draw closer to Allah.

Wahidur’s impact was felt deeply by his family and friends, and his kindness, guidance, and genuine care left a mark on all who knew him. This was evident from the large gathering at his janazah, where so many came to pay their respects to a man who had given so much to others. His spirit of generosity and compassion will always be remembered.

May Allah accept this as Sadaqah Jariyah for him, granting him continued reward in the hereafter, and may it be a means for his loved ones to find peace.
