On December 17th, the world lost an amazing musician and artist—Victor Anthony (nee George Victor Mecyssne). Victor left an indelible mark on the world through his artistry and kindness. When he passed, dear friend and generous kid lit writer, Joëlle Anthony, lost the other half of her heart.
As artists, Victor and Joëlle believed deeply in the giving back to their local and global communities. At this time, Joëlle needs the support of the communities they have loved to help with expenditures related to Victor’s illness as well as final and other expenses. All money raised here will go directly to Joëlle Anthony to help her through the challenging days ahead.
Through her books, Joëlle Anthony has lifted up the hearts of children and teens. It is our dearest wish that the music and writing communities at large will help lift her up now and offer hope in this uncertain time.
