In Memory of Veteran Luis A Gallego
Donation protected
On August 31st my cousin Veteran Luis A Gallego was involved in a tragic car accident which caused him to leave behind two young boys and a babygirl on the way. He was a loving and committed father who would always put others before himself. He was an all star high school hockey player who made it to the finals in division 3 with Savio High school and then transferring to East Boston High once Savio closed. He also helped the East Boston High School hockey team reach the play offs. He was a huge Boston sports fan who was pursing a career as a firefighter and unfortunately he life was cut short. He would light up a room with his smile and good energy. He was a devoted Army Veteran serving our country as an active member for 3 1/2 years, where he was deployed 9 months overseas in Afganistán. Luis Gallego returned home to further his career in the military by joining the National Guard and Reserve where he achieved the rank of Sargent in the Distribution Platoon in Unit 101 FSC EN BN out of Methuen, MA. I’m starting this fundraiser to provide some relief for his children in such a difficult time. We as a community can come together and make a difference. I thank you for taking the time to read this and any support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
