This fund has been created to support the Cooper family as they grieve the loss of Mrs. Verlidna ‘Linda’ Lee Cooper, and to surround them with care during this difficult time. Linda, 85, passed away April 30, 2026 at her home in Granger.
Linda had a very caring and giving heart, doing so much for others even at the expense of herself; she would literally give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. The home she built with her husband and children was considered “Grand Central Station” for all the family and friends she opened her doors to, faithfully earning the nickname “Ma Cooper” from many of them.
Because family time was so important to her, the family would like to encourage everyone to always make time for one another.
In honor of Linda’s generous spirit, we invite those who are able to consider making a donation to this fund established in her memory. Your support will help the family during this difficult time and continue the legacy of care and kindness that Linda shared so freely with others.
Thank you for your support, prayers, and kindness during this time
Sincerely,
The Cooper Family
