Is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Venâncio Borges on December 3rd, 2020. He passed away due to Covid-19 virus contamination, that on the 3rd day of been sick,  the virus triggered a heart attack. 

  Was a bright spark in this world and will be deeply missed. He touched the lives of so many and it’s our turn to give back to his family in their time of need. A man that was always ready to help the next with this humble smile of his, leaving behind his beloved wife, who contracted the Covid-19 herself during the time she was caring for her husband with all the love and bravery, and remains in quarantine for 2 weeks, she is not only fighting the grief, but also the virus, making it a real fight everyday. 

  We have already had numerous emails, texts and messages from people asking how to help, so this campaign has been created as a way to keep everyone up-to-date, and also offer a place for messages and donations to be left.       

   We are raising funds to cover the costs of the funeral and memorial services to honor Venâncio Borges, as this passing was completely unexpected in the middle of this pandemic. Any excess money will be donated to the “SickKids foundation” where Venâncio was always on board to help. 

   We are overwhelmed by the support shown so far and can’t thank all of you enough for helping our family during this hard times.
