Tracy passed away very unexpectedly at her home last week. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral costs and care of her son Jonathan and her daughter, Victoria.

She was a tireless advocate for individuals with special needs, with strong faith, dearly loved by her family, nieces, nephews, and co-workers.
