In Memory of Tonia Penn

My mom, Tonia Penn, passed away on Monday, July 13, at the age of 54. For the last 15 years, she was in and out of homelessness. She had been battling with the devastating disease of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. We are shaken, saddened, and left with many questions regarding her untimely passing.
