In August Tonga Vainuku an electrician working for Wasatch Electric, and a member of IBEW Local 354 suffered a stroke on our job site.  Fortunately, some of the electricians on site identified the signs, and got help in a timely manner.  Since that time, Tonga made vast improvements on his functions, and mobility.  Knowing Tonga there was a lot of hard work put in getting to this point.  Two weeks ago, he returned to work.  He was looking good and smiling a lot like Tonga did.  After regaining what appeared to be some normalcy in his life it was devastating to hear the news that Tonga passed away from a heart attack Saturday morning 3/20/21.

This account is set up to help Tonga’s wife, and two enthusiastic little girls with expenses during what I am sure will be a difficult time for them.  I am in the hopes that any financial help his family may receive will bring them a small feeling of peace.
