From the friends and military family of our brother Timmy Mitchell. It's hard to find the correct words to say to remember our friend, so I'll start with the easy things. He was an amazing husband and loving father to his wife Marisa and their 3 children, daughter Jamie Earnheart, son Reece (deceased), and daughter Korbyn. He loved them dearly and would go through hell and back for them. The last 2 years were hard for your family, and you were their rock they leaned on. There aren't words to say how much they miss you.
Tim was a true patriot and had the unique tattoos to prove it. He dedicated over 20 years of his life in service to the Air Force, supporting this great Nation. In those 20 years of service, he deployed 4 times, Iraq in 2006, and Afghanistan in 2008, 2018 and finally 2020. You cannot question the sacrifice he and his family made for this country. His historical wealth of skill and knowledge will be sorely missed, and is not replaceable to our shop, our Squadron and the Air Force.
Now for the hard part. Tim, I miss you and love you, brother. You were special to everyone around you. It hurts our hearts to know that your physical presence will be gone. The gravity of you and your personality was stronger than you knew. Your tough exterior hid the kind-hearted, fun-loving, and resilient person you truly were. There is no replacement for the friend and brother you were to so many of us.
