In loving memory of Thuhuong Vu. My feisty, fiery and vibrant mom. After her cancer diagnosis she never gave up and fought with such vibrance until the end. She was the youngest and hippest grandma the world has ever seen. She was my world, my sister's world, my dad's world, and her granddaughters' world. She is absolutely irreplaceable.

Mama tsun was not only the GOAT mom, but also tsun scoops' first and most adamant supporter. She always told me that I need to do something with my big brain and imagination so when I opened up shop, she always had my back. It wasn't always easy though as a first time business owner. There were so many times I wanted to quit but seeing the ways her eyes lit up and how passionately she advertised my shop to every and anyone kept me going. I can't even think about making ice cream right now, but I promise to keep going in her honor. I hope that I can build tsun scoops into something she can be proud of.

She was the pillar of our family and I hope to honor her properly.
