On the night of December 29th, 2022, Teddy had started showing flu-like symptoms and after going to bed, did not wake up the next morning.

This is an unimaginable loss for Claire, Paul and Logan. We love our dear friends, and would like to alleviate the cost of the arrangements, as well as provide some relief to their expenses moving forward so that they can take the time to grieve and navigate what life looks like going forward. We hope that by raising these funds we can ease even a small part of the burden this family is enduring so that they can heal together. Thank you for contributing what you can.

Teddy was an amazing little boy with a smile and cheeks that could melt anyone who met him. He loved his big brother Logan and learned a lot from him. While they only were given 462 days with Teddy in life, his memory and spirit will be with the Zurheide family forever. We could all learn from Teddy’s joyous, curious spirit as we move through this world.
