In Memory of the best Mother and Grandmother❤️

My name is Jadyn, my mother was diagnosed with CHF (congestive heart failure) February of this year due to a severe aortic insufficiency. She was admitted into the hospital February 6th, 2025 and she had open heart surgery for an Aortic Valve Replacement February 14th, 2025. She went through many challenges after surgery including having to be taking back to the OR three times due to too much internal bleeding from the heart and being sedated in the ICU for almost 2 weeks due to her not being stable but she still pushed through all the procedures she underwent and she kept fighting. She started improving so fast, many of the hospital staff said she was a miracle, she was discharged by the grace of god on March 7th, 2025 and she was doing great ever since she got home. Unfortunately last night she passed away last night at home due to her heart condition. If you know me and you know my mom, you know we were eachothers bestfriend’s and she was really my world and I know me and my kids were hers. She was the best mother and grandmother in this world and I wish she would’ve had more time here with us because I really don’t know how i’m going to live without her. I wish I could’ve given her the world, including a perfect healthy heart..But now all I want to do is put her to rest in the best way that she deserves. Anything helps and anything is appreciated.
