On the morning of March 12th, Tealson Herrlin stepped into the arms of His Savior after a tragic car accident. Tealson was a rare and beautiful soul who had a deep love for the Lord and who passionately lived out his faith. He impacted so many in our community with his love and kindness, serving refugees and immigrants for many years through his church’s ESL program, youth at Victory Valley Camp, and so many others through countless acts of kindness and service. His life song, “Only Jesus,” was printed by his bed and beautifully captures how he lived his life:

I've only got one life to live

I'll let every second point to Him

Only Jesus

As the Herrlin family walks through the unimaginable pain of losing Tealson, we want to surround them with love, prayer, and practical support. So many have asked how they can help, and this is a tangible way to care for the family during this time, allowing them space to grieve without the added burden of the financial pressures of funeral and memorial expenses.

Every gift, large or small, reminds the Herrlin family that they are not walking alone and that our community is grieving alongside them. If you are unable to give financially, your prayers, words of comfort, and memories of Tealson are also greatly appreciated.
