It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that the wonderful Tammy Anthon has passed away due to surgery complications.
She served as the front gate security guard at Ransom Everglades High School in Coconut Grove, FL for 20 years. She was a ray of sunshine for countless students and faculty members getting through their school day. Many students would bring Tammy her favorite meal, Chili from Wendy's, or a Frappuccino from Starbucks, to show their gratitude to her for brightening their days. The masses can attest to Tammy's morning greetings coming into school, the conversations with Tammy at the gate prior leaving campus for free periods, and saying goodbye at the end of the school day as being the BEST part of the day during their time at Ransom Everglades. May her contagious, positive energy and caring heart never be forgotten.
This GoFundMe is not affiliated with Ransom Everglades School. All funds will go toward the family for memorial expenses to hopefully ease their grief during this devastating time.
