In Memory of Tamika Brown: Support Her Loved Ones
Donation protected
Hello! I'm helping raise funds for a wonderful friend who tragically lost his sister. While the family did have plans of protection in place, the suddenness of this tragedy brought upon many unexpected costs. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Please see his tribute below. Thank you!
Dear big sister Tamika Brown, I still can’t believe you passed away last week and left this world to head for heaven so soon. I am here in San Diego with your children for Mother’s Day and for your baby girl’s prom tomorrow. I know you would have wanted to be here and while I am doing my best (along with other family members) to fill in, we could not hope to hold a candle to you!! Never in 10 million years did I think we would be in this position…
My heart is broken, truly broken and all I can think about is how to hold it together for this family and be strong like you’d want me to be. I hope we are making you proud.
Tears fill my eyes as I write this and think about how one of the brightest lights in the world has gone out. You have the voice of an angel, a love and kindness that knows no bounds, and your amazingly positive impact on every child you cared for and anyone who had the privilege to know you is unparalleled. A true woman of God. The only solace I can take is that God loved you so much that he called you home early to be with Him and bask in his glory. Please say hello to Richi for us! I hope you are with him praise dancing and singing songs of Zion.
Tamika you are one of a kind. You will be missed tremendously, but we will live on and do our best to achieve our goals and dreams according to God’s will for us. We know that if we keep living right, we will meet you up yonder some day!
I am so grateful I get to see you every time I look into the eyes of your beautiful children. We got them so don’t worry . We will be here and show up for them as best we can.
I love you to pieces and I always will.
Your little brother,
