We remember our mother, sister, auntie, grandmother
Susie Ann Kahn Begay as we share these memories with you. Susie was born in Pine Springs, AZ in 1938 and she departed on March 26, 2021. She resided in Greasewood, AZ. Susie was a master weaver, rancher, artist and spent her life tending to her art, livestock and caring for her family. Her artwork (Navajo rugs and sash belts) were sought by many who appreciated her fine work. She loved helping family during gatherings and ceremonies and would often camp out during the entire event to help greet, cook, feed relatives and offer her support. Susie will be missed greatly. We are comforted knowing she is now with her sons Douglas and Norbert, her sister, her brothers, her mother and father as well as the many relatives who have left this world. We are extremely grateful for all your Love and support during this difficult time. We celebrate, honor and cherish the beauty and all the teachings that Susie brought to each of us and we will continue to honor her by sharing those teachings with all her grandchildren and extended family. Ahe'hee, Antonio Kahn Benally, Raymond Kahn, Evangeline Kahn, Alfred Kahn Sr. and extended family.
