In Memory of Sukhwinder Singh: Family Support
Donation protected
Dear Bay Area Sikh Sangat,
It is with a heavy heart that we share this news. Sukhwinder Singh, a member of our community, passed away suddenly on November 30, 2024, after suffering a heart attack. Sukhwinder was in his early 30s and had migrated to the U.S. just over a year ago in search of a better life for his family.
We cannot begin to express the depth of sorrow felt by his 7-year-old son, Jamal Singh, 5-year-old daughter, Kartar Kaur, and his wife, Harwinder Kaur. Sukhwinder had been working on a new building project at El Sobrante Gurdwara and had been actively involved in serving the local Sikh community, often assisting his brother, Pardeep Singh, with various projects at the Gurdwara.
We are aware that Sukhwinder had a positive impact on many lives, and we are devastated to have to share this news.
Details regarding the memorial service will be shared here. We have initiated a fundraiser to honor Sukhwinder's memory, assist with funeral expenses, and alleviate some of the financial burden during this challenging time. Please donate what you can. All donations will be deposited into Sukhwinder's sister's bank account. For further information, please reach out to Sukhwinder's cousin, Pardeep Singh, at [phone redacted].
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who were friends to Sukhwinder Singh. Your generous donations will have a lasting impact on his family during this difficult time.
