Stephen C. Frank, 61, passed into eternal peace while surrounded by the love of his family on August 24, 2018.
Born and raised in Teaneck, NJ, he had resided in Carteret, NJ for the past 25 years.
Stephen was a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, New Hyde Park, NY. Not only did Stephen work as an Executive Chef his entire professional career, he was passionate about the food he created and was famous for donating his culinary skills to various organizations over the years.
In his younger years, he played hockey while attending culinary school and then on a semi-pro team. A lover of sports, he was a huge NY Yankee, NY Ranger, and NASCAR fan.
Stephen was a loving and giving husband, father and friend. He touched the lives of many during his all-too-short time on this earth. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
Stephen was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Lillian Frank, as well as his brother-in-law Phil Mancini.
Stephen leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Marianne, daughters Emma, Sophia and Stella; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hopko; sisters Diane Mancini, Christine Frank and her partner Jim KIilmurray, brother Jeff Frank; sister-in-law Ann Louise Hopko, her husband Dominick Savoia and their sons, Tristan and Torrey; nephew, Keith Mancini, his wife Michelle, their children, Nicole, Samantha and Jason; niece Kelly Jodzio and her husband Scott Jodzio, their children Jake and Jessie.
