My name is Erik Koplien. President of Orange County Transporter Organization (OCTO) and member of Vintage Transporter Owners (VTO).

On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, we lost our dear friend Stanley Ford. Words can't express the pain, grief, and heartbreak we are all experiencing right now at this loss. He was a friend, brother, husband, and father. He brought love, laughter, and warmth to all. Stan was and always will be an icon in our VW community and family. We will never forget the times and experiences we had with him and the joy and love he brought into our lives. Cherish those memories. We are honored to have known Stan and call him our friend. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and everyone that knew him. Rest in peace brother. We will miss you and love you always.
