In memory of Sophie Hubbard

Little Sophie passed away on 7th November 2021 after putting up a brave fight for over two and a half years, following her diagnosis of Acute Necrotising Encephalitis in February 2019.

During that time, Sophie and her family were supported by Chestnut Tree House, Demelza and Ronald McDonald House Charity.

Therefore, as there will be family flowers only at her Celebration of Life, her family would like to offer their friends the opportunity to donate to these charities in Sophie’s memory. The donations will be split equally between the three charities.
