In Memory of Simone Bautista Cox

Hello,

My name is Michael E. Cox. I am the brother of Simone Bautista Cox. My sister passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at her residence in Sedona, AR. She was a 1975 honor graduate of Columbus High School in Columbus, GA., and a recipient of a four year scholarship to Stanford University where she major and graduated with a degree in Mass Communication in 1979. She gave generously of her time and financial resources to various organizations and would do anything for anyone in need. She loved music and animals and volunteered at the Sedona Humane Society. It was my sisters wishes to be cremated without a service or visitation. Unfortunately, my sister did not have a pre-need contract to cover her funeral expenses and the cost to have her cremated will be around $1600.00.
