I’m fundraising for my beautiful friend Melina and her two daughters, who tragically lost their husband and father, Simon, on 30 April. Simon had been living with Fabry’s disease for over 10 years and, despite the challenges, faced it all with incredible courage. He underwent two kidney transplants, the second of which was looking promising.

Now, as Melina and the girls begin to navigate life without Simon, I’m raising funds to help ease the financial pressure in the months ahead. This support will give them some breathing room, for both the practical realities and the emotional space needed to begin healing.
