In Memory of Sheri Harshman
Donation protected
Sheri Harshman, a long time resident of PGA, Block Captain and friend, has passed away. We have a hole in our community and surely in our hearts.
We have so many testimonies of the lives she touched and would love for you to share them with us. On behalf of the community and all those that would like to help contribute, we started this page to see if PGA can raise enough money to purchase a bench with a plaque in honor of Sheri. As Becky Siscoe says, " I hope you all will contribute and enjoy bringing a little more beauty to PGA, because her beauty will certainly be missed."
Becky Siscoe's Testimony for Sheri Harshman:
I want to share my experience of moving to the Park at Glen Arbor 20 years ago.
Sheri was one of the first ladies I met and she was a go to person for anything an out-of-stater would need to know. She was there at the beginning and was crucial in creating or pulling together many fun PGA events. And when we moved away 6 months ago, she was at the last PGA meeting I attended, still hoping to see a renewed interest in community spirit.
Niki Roccaforte-Hewlett's Testimony for Sheri Harshman:
She accepted me with open arms and a loving spirit upon my time on the Board. During the roughtest season, she would send me words of encouragement and small gifts out of the blue that meant so much. She was a light in many dark days. Her spirit of being a block captain could never be replaced and will surely be missed. We love you Sheri.
If you would like to help toward this memorial bench, please contribute. If you would like to simply share your memory of Sheri, please do. Thank you all.
