In Memory of Shelby Lynn Tudor

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Shelby Lynn Tudor.

If you were fortunate enough to know Shelby, you knew how much of a genuine heart she had. Shelby never met a stranger and her laugh, and smiles were infectious! There honestly are not enough words to describe a beautiful soul such as Shelby's and the legacy she leaves on all of our hearts. Shelby made the world a better place and you were blessed to know her and be around her.

The passing of Shelby was extremely unexpected and was due to complications of a routine surgery. She left us the evening of Wednesday May 15th in the arms and comfort of her husband, Ed Tudor, in their home.

Shelby leaves behind her husband, Ed Tudor, her mother Jane Dobbins, sister, Lesley Dobbins Noble, nephew Logan and many family members and countless friends.

As all can imagine this time is extremely tough for those close to her to wrap their head around this sudden and unexpected loss. An amazing person taken away from so many too soon.

Her husband Ed is navigating his way through new territory and emotions. For Ed, we would like your help to support him in memory of Shelby.

This GoFundMe is intended to help minimize the unexpected burden of medical, funeral and loss of income so that he has the time and space to mourn and ability to lessen the stress on the financial uncertainty he is facing.

We ask for any contribution you can make and also please share your fondest and/or funniest memories of Shelby if you would.

There is also a tribute to Shelby set up by Children's National Hospital in DC where Shelby served as their Director of Gift Administration if you would prefer to donate to the hospital in Shelby's honor. Shelby spent the last 10 years in a role advocating and supporting the funding of children in need.
