On May 25, our hearts were shattered by the tragic loss of our beloved friend, sister, mother, and loved one, Sharika Hudson. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in the lives of everyone who knew and loved her, especially her three precious children: Tae, AJ, and Kiel.

In the midst of this heartbreaking loss, Sharika’s sister, Tasha, has stepped forward and taken on the responsibility of raising Tae and AJ, while the youngest child, Kiel, remains in the care of his father. Overnight, Tasha’s world changed. She is now navigating life without her sister while also providing love, stability, and support to her nephews during one of the most difficult times imaginable.

As Tasha adjusts to this new chapter, she faces many unexpected expenses and challenges, including back-to-school costs, clothing, daily necessities, extracurricular activities, and the countless financial responsibilities that come with raising growing children. The months and years ahead will bring both emotional and financial hurdles.
