In Memory of Sean Burt

Last week Sean Burt took his own life. There is not a single person that knew Sean, who didn't immediately love him. He was charismatic, and welcoming to everyone he met. Sean was the life of the party, no matter who he was around.


We are raising money to commemorate Sean with a bench in his name, with a view of the water. There was nothing he loved more than the beach; he gravitated towards it. Only someone with a presence as powerful as Sean's, could claim something as wonderful as the Ocean.


In addition to the bench, we will be donating to Suicide Prevention and Crisis Services. We would like Sean to not only live on through the memories, but to have his memory inspire someone else to keep going; to be able to take the loss and pain, and create hope for someone else.
