In Memory of Sarah

Sarah Widmer passed away on Saturday, 5/31/2025, due to complications from a serious medical condition. Her passing was sudden and unexpected. Sarah was the heart of her family and a bright light in the many communities she was a part of. As a dedicated elementary school teacher and the spirited camp leader known as "Sprite," she nurtured and inspired countless children and young adults over the years with her kindness, patience, and ability to see great potential in everyone she met.

Many have reached out asking how they can help. We hope to ease some of the financial burden that the loss of Sarah will have on her family, primarily to support Cameron and Lily in their future endeavors. Friends of Sarah have established this fund and will direct it towards helping the kids with their college and other educational expenses, daily needs, and anything that promotes their healing and well-being in the months and years ahead.
