In Memory of Samuel Rios: Family Support and Funeral Cost

Hi, my name is Reyna. I’m raising money on behalf of my family for the loss of my beloved grandfather, Samuel Rios, my grandma Lorie Rios’s husband. He was so loved and such a good person with the kindest soul. He was a police officer for over 28 years and worked at a private Christian school as a security officer. He always talked about how much he loved the kids and just what he did in general. If you ever got the chance to meet my grandpa, you would say he was such a sweet person and did his best to make everyone happy. He has had health issues in the past and was able to overcome them with the help of his family and friends, but unfortunately, on July 14, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., he passed away due to cardiac arrest. The doctors did everything they could to save him, but there was nothing else they could do.

He and my grandmother co-owned Lighthouse 55 Bakery in Hollister, CA, and they both loved spreading joy. My grandpa was such a talkative person; he enjoyed speaking with anyone no matter where he was. He was a man of God for all of his life, and he is going to be very missed. I loved my grandpa so much, and I know he loved each and every one of his grandkids, kids, mom, dad, sisters, brother, and especially his wife, along with many others. Unfortunately, his time has come to an end, but he lives forever in each and every one of us. Please support my family in any way that you can. To God be the Glory.
