In Memory of Samantha Ann Lee

The evening of September 20th, 2020, Samantha Ann Lee passed away. As most of you know, Sam battled a pretty gruesome stage 3 metastatic melanoma, including horrendous surgeries, and all with low survival rates. At the end of that journey, Samantha stood at the finish line, tall and proud. As we knew going into our new journey, things weren’t going to be magically easy and back to the basic for a while. This journey included Samantha’s INCREDIBLE weight loss, her struggle with Addisons, etc. Through it all, we knew Samantha was a survivor and a fighter, I mean, come on...she had some of that Trina Tumlin/Ray Waters blood in her. Yesterday, sometime in the late afternoon, Samantha succumbed to her fight. Her mother, Trina Hamrick, and her brother, Nicholas Richwine, are at a complete loss for words and we are still trying to figure out exactly what happened. We are first and foremost concerned with being able to get the services arranged and paid for. Due to the circumstances in which she was found, it needs to be sooner than later. We ask all of you, my dearest friends, her dearest friends, all friends and family...We know that times are tough, and 2020 has not been KIND to ANY of us, but that if you have it to spare or room enough in your heart to carry it forward, we’d be incredibly grateful for all possible donations for arranged services.
