Hi, my name is Melissa Wood. I am one of Ryan Wood’s daughters. My dad was involved in a terrible crime and was murdered as the end result. My dad fought for his life for 4 days, but unfortunately did not make it. Due to the ongoing investigation, we are unable to share any further details.

My dad was one of the sweetest souls you could have met. He filled every room with love, laughter and kindness. The amount of love and support we received over these last 4 days showed what kind of person my dad was. He made anyone who came into any of our lives family. He was a father figure to more than just his kids. From all the fishing and hunting trips to the countless car shows to the barking spiders, my dad made sure to make everyone feel included and loved.

My family and I appreciate any help we can receive in this time of need while we grieve the loss of my dad. At this time, we do not have any dates for services. We will update when we have those available.
