Yesterday, my most spectacular cousin Stephanie lost her husband.  Ryan was such an amazing man who loved his family more than anything in the world and first and foremost was his wife.  He adored all of his nieces and nephews.  When any of them were around, he always had a smile on his face.  He was a sweet and caring man and would give you the shirt off of his back.  He would do anything for anyone, even people that he didn't care much for.  He was the center of attention anywhere he went.  Partially because he was loud but also because everyone who knew him loved him.  His laugh was enough to brighten anyone's day.  Mostly though, he loved his wife.  Stephanie was his best friend, even though she is a little crazy.  And Ryan would be the first to tell you how crazy she can be.  He was happiest when he was with her.  They went through some hard times in their too brief marriage, but they believed that together they could accomplish anything.  Ryan was  a superhero and the family supported his final hours in their favorite superhero shirts.  

Unfortunately, no one believes that they will lose their spouse so soon. Stephanie and Ryan celebrated their 7th anniversary just last weekend.  At 35 and 40, planning for steep medical bills and funeral costs was not on their minds.  Due to the nature of the infection that cost Ryan his life, Stephanie will have to replace several furniture items from their home, while paying for the funeral, and covering his residual medical expenses.  Please help us to support Stephanie through this difficult time.
