In Memory of Ryan Alley - Supporting the Alley's

Donation protected
Ryan Matthew Alley.  December 2, 1980 - May 3, 2021.

On May 3rd, Ryan tragically passed away after complications while treating acute lymphoblastic leukemia.  Although his passing has left his family and friends heartbroken, we have some comfort that he his now reunited with his brother Jason and their father Ron.

Everyone who crossed paths with Ryan was left with a smile on their face. He was known for his larger-than-life character, silly playfulness, and infectious positivity that could make you forget the troubles of any moment and look to the joy in life. As his little sister, I can tell you he gave everyone the same unconditional tough love, through his playful teasing, sarcastic jokes, and the most outrageous pranks and antics that a big brother could. But above all else, he was a passionate family man and amazing and loving father to his four children, Benjamin, Rylynn, Hayden, and Keiran who each share their father's energy and spark.
We are so blessed to have so many of Ryan’s friends, colleagues and caring members of his community who have asked what they can do to help. Unfortunately because of the current environment, we are unable to throw a celebratory benefit as Ryan generously held the "Behind The Alley" benefit for his brother Jason to bring up his spirits during his battle with the same disease. Instead, we have set up this page as a way to help and support Ryan, knowing that his number one priority and desire would be that his children are supported. As Ryan’s family begins to walk the long road of grief and navigate the stress of how to sort through life after his passing, we want to be able to remove at least some of the stress and worry from the equation. All funds collected here will go to support Ryan's wife Stephanie and their four children.
If you wish to contribute or leave a comment or memory, any support is greatly appreciated. We will also be hosting a "Celebration of Life" in memory of Ryan on July 10th for all those who would like to come laugh, share stories, and celebrate Ryan's memory the way he would have wanted. More details on the event location to come.
In the spirit of transparency, gofundme as a platform takes 2.9% of total donations as well as $0.30 per donation.
