In Memory of RW Ahlstrom

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the unexpected death of my dad, RW Ahlstrom. He was undoubtedly a most caring and selfless person who never had trouble putting a smile on anyone's face. He was goofy, funny, wholesome, and loved everyone with abundance. He put other’s first and was always there when someone needed him. He was the kind of person that would give you the last flower in his garden or the last $20 in his pocket if it meant he knew you would be happy. There aren’t words to express how truly wonderful of a friend, brother, son, and father he was.

 

For all that knew him, he will be missed terribly. And for all that don’t, know that he was one of those ‘once in a lifetime’ people.

 

Some have asked how they can help during this time and you have no idea how much I appreciate everyone reaching out. I only ask that in lieu of flowers and cards, that if you’re able to, you donate to this go fund me page. The financial burden that comes with losing a loved one can be a big one and if you can help in any way possible it will be greatly appreciated.

 

In the future, there will be a Celebration of Life to honor him but the details have still yet to be determined. I will keep everyone updated once the date and place have been decided.
