I want to thank everyone who has donated and supported Rosie’s boys during this incredibly painful time. Because of ongoing family issues, I’ve decided to place all funds raised into a long-term, interest-bearing account dedicated solely to the future of her two sons.

There will be no further donations going toward funeral expenses. Sadly, Rosie’s immediate family chose to have her cremated and also took her personal belongings and jewelry. Out of respect for Rosie, and to make sure her boys are truly cared for, every dollar from this fundraiser will now be secured for their needs—providing stability, education, and opportunities as they grow.

In Loving Memory of Rose Garcia – Help Support Her Sons, Vincent & Roman

Hi, my name is Mike, and I’m writing this with a broken heart.

On July 7th, 2025, the world lost one of its most beautiful souls — my best friend, and the woman I loved deeply — Rose Garcia.

Rose was more than a friend. She was a light in my life and in the lives of everyone who was lucky enough to know her. She carried so much pain and yet gave so much love. Despite enduring years of struggle and abuse, she never stopped shining. Her strength, her compassion, and the way she made others feel seen and safe — it was extraordinary.

She was the most empathetic, kindhearted person I’ve ever known. Her smile could light up a room, and her presence brought peace to even the darkest days. She deserved more time. She deserved everything good this world had to offer.

But now she’s gone, and we are left trying to make sense of this tragedy.

More than anything, Rose was a devoted mother. She loved her two sons — Vincent (9) and Roman (12) — with every ounce of her being. They were her world. And now, they are left without their mother, facing a future filled with unimaginable loss.

I’ve started this GoFundMe to help give Rose the memorial she deserves — a farewell filled with dignity and love — and more importantly, to provide immediate support for Vincent and Roman as they begin to navigate life without her. These funds will go directly toward funeral expenses and helping create a stable, loving environment for her boys as they heal.

I wish I could put into words what Rose meant to me. She wasn’t just someone I cared for — I lived her. I cherished her strength, her softness, her elegance, and the way she looked at me like I mattered. I promised her I’d always be there, and even though she’s no longer here physically, that promise doesn’t end. It lives on in how I’ll care for her memory and do everything I can to support her sons.
