We are very saddened to share that Dr. Rosa Perez (Rosita) passed away Wednesday May 22nd, 2019 after a courageous battle against cancer.
She was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, friend and Family Physician loved by everyone whose lives she touched. For Rosa, family was everything, she was also a woman of faith and her love for God keep her strong and positive even in the darkest moments.
She is survived by her husband and their two wonderful children who will forever miss her.
In lieu of flowers, please consider helping out her family during this very difficult time. Donations will go directly to her husband and children to help with end of life costs and future expenses.
The family appreciates everyone who remembers Rosa and she will be greatly missed.
