In memory of Robert Abraham

Hi, my name is Sian Street, a close friend of the Abraham’s. As many of you already know, our beloved Robert (Rob) Abraham passed away on February 10th 2024, nearly 2 years after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Rob’s cracking sense of humour and infectious smile will be missed by all who knew him.

This page was created in his honour and to help his beloved wife and soul mate, Sarah. Sarah was Rob’s primary carer during his gradual decline while also taking care of their two young children and working full time. Prior to Rob’s diagnosis, Sarah and Rob had planned on travelling around the world once the boys were old enough. Sadly, Rob’s diagnosis coincided with the boys reaching those ages.

Our goal for this page is to raise funds to help with funeral expenses, the boy’s social activities / future education decisions and any additional hidden costs that may occur in the near future. Additionally, if there’s any left, we would love to send Sarah and her boys on a much needed holiday. If you would like to join us and help an amazing family at this awful time, any contribution large or small, will go a long way to aid this journey.
