In Memory Of Rick Piché

Shortly past midnight on December 19th, our beloved Rick Piché departed this world after a year long courageous battle with cancer.  The strength of his character is defined by the legacy he left behind: by the thousands of animals he has rescued through Pet Save as well as the profound impact he has had on so many friends, family, and strangers.

Rick was as genuine and gentle as he was fierce and brave - a warrior and protector for all who needed him. It's no surprise that so many are devastated by his passing. 

Rick's greatest wish was to know that he would be celebrated by his loved ones and not leave the burden of grief nor hardship behind for anyone to bear. With this said, attempts at having final resting expenses covered by the Provincial Government have been denied.

For this reason, we have teamed up to raise funds to honour Rick's final wish...to cross this final hurdle so that his lifelong partner, Roxy, and his family may proceed to celebrate Rick's life with peace of mind and the fondest of memories.
