In Memory of Rick Kelley: Supporting Lorena and Madelyn

Dear friends and family,

Our hearts are heavy as we share the devastating news of the untimely passing of Rick Kelley on May 26, 2025. He was cherished for his warm smile, good sense of humor, and deep love for his family.

Rick had an adventurous spirit in his passionate pursuits of professional jet skiing and snow skiing. He was a car enthusiast and loved traveling with his wife. A dedicated animal lover, he found companionship and comfort in his two rescue parrots and three adored cats.

Rick was also proud to be the fourth generation in the family business, Kelley’s Tree Service, continuing a legacy rooted deeply in hard work, dedication, and community.

He is survived by his beloved wife Lorena, his cherished daughter Madelyn, his parents Douglas and Karen Kelley, his brother Ryan, sister-in-law Allison, nephew Fisher, and grandmother Pauline Neff. His absence leaves an immeasurable void in their lives and in the hearts of all who knew him.

Lorena and Madelyn are now facing an incredibly challenging time. Beyond their heartbreak and grief, they are navigating the unexpected financial burdens that come with such a sudden loss. As we can all imagine, unforeseen expenses are overwhelming concerns on top of their emotional pain.
