In Memory of Richard Ulloa's Loving Soul

Earlier this week, my family and I searched for my brother, whom we had not heard from since Monday, 8/18/2025. After days of searching for my brother, my parents found his body on Mount Emma Road on 8/24/2025. We were not expecting this outcome and hoped he would still be alive. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and we wish to give Richard the farewell he deserves; therefore, I created this GoFundMe page. 

Thank you to everyone who reposted Richard’s photos and my sister’s TikTok videos when we initially looked for him. I’ve read many comments and received messages stating that Richard had a kind soul and positively impacted them. Those who knew my brother knew he had the biggest heart and loved helping others. He will forever be in our hearts.
